User Experience with Visual Data Analysis Tools

This is a study for users of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio (Google Looker), Qlik,  Amazon QuickSight, Apache Superset, JMP, Gephi, and similar tools.

The tool you use needs to focus on data analysis through data visualizations. Answers about programming languages like Python, C++, etc., will not be accepted

The goal of this research is to develop a validated scale to assess users' experiences after having used a visual data analysis tool.  This past use may have involved modifying the data, the visual representation, or the underlying models.

Please respond to this survey only if you:

- have opened and interacted with a visual data analysis system by loading data and creating visualizations, and are able to remember your most recent interaction,

- speak English fluently, and

- are of legal age (18 years in most countries).
