Boost your career & research with EU funding - Lyon 2025

Thank you for your interest in this event. This form allows you to register for either, or both of our sessions:

  1. Morning session: EU programmes info session (presenting 6 of the main funding opportunities from EU programmes)
  2. Afternoon session: Awake the ERC in you (three interactive workshops to prepare yourselves for a potential future ERC project)

The event will take place in person, on 10 June at Themis building, UCBL, La Doua. The morning session runs  9:00-12:00 and the afternoon session 13:30 - 17:30.

The following questions will allow us to know more about you beforehand so as to create coherent groups for the workshops in the afternoon.

EU programmes for ICT and mathematics info session (morning)

Morning session will provide an overview of most of the main funding programmes in Horizon Europe, first via a short presentation from a member of the ABILITY support cell then via experience feedbck from researchers who participted in projects.

Awake the ERC in you (afternoon workshops)

Afternoon workshops will be done in small groups of 5-6 participants each, each with an animator experienced in ERC (submitting and/or implementing projects).

There are 10 questions in this survey.

1) The controller's representative is the CEO of Inria.

3) The purpose of the processing is to (morning session) allow you to register to the sessions and (afternoon session) allow forming groups by experience level, domain and language preferences during the event in order to maximise its efficiency for participants. It will also allow the recipients of participants’ data to perform follow-up actions to increase their chances at an ERC grant.

4) The legal basis of the processing is consent (see point (32) in GDPR)

5) The recipients of the personal data are Inria’s  European Contracts Service; and organisers from the ABILITY cell.

6) No transfer of your data to a third country or international organisation will be made.

7) Your data will be stored for a maximum period of 2 (two) years.

8) You can access your personal data or request their deletion. You also have a right of opposition, a right of rectification and a right to limit the processing of your data (see https://www.cnil.fr for more information on your rights). To exercise these rights or for any question about the processing of your data in this system, you can contact the DPO by email: dpo@inria.fr

9) At any time, you may decide to stop the processing and request the rectification or erasure of your collected data.

10) If, after contacting us, you consider that your IT rights and freedoms are not respected or that the processing does not comply with data protection rules, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.

11) This data collection is done on a voluntary basis. Under no circumstances are you required by regulation, contract or other means to provide your data.

12) This processing operation does not generate any profiling or automated decision-making concerning you on the basis of your data and the processing thereof.
