The second edition of Graphyz will take place at the Saline Royale of Arc-et-Senans, France, from October 16 evening to October 19 mid-afternoon. Registration is free, but mandatory. The number of participants will be limited to around 80. Participants are expected to be present during the entire period of the event.

Inria is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Inria uses this survey in order to organise Graphyz 2022, on the legal basis of consent. The recipients of this data are the organisers of the event, listed on the Graphyz 2022 website (https://project.inria.fr/graphyz2/contact/). Collected personal data will be solely used for the organisation of Graphyz 2022, and for no other purpose. Data will be kept for maximum one year and will not be transferred beyond the groupe of organisers, in particular not outside the European Union. This data collection is voluntary and does not involve automated decision-making.
You can access your data, request their deletion, exercise your rights of opposition, rectification and limitation of data processing. To exercise these rights or for any questions about the processing of your data, you can contact the DPO via dpo@inria.fr . However, if you believe that your rights are not respected or that the processing of your data is not compliant, you can submit a complaint to the CNIL.
